St. Martin’s goose menu for 4 people | € 250
To mark the start of the goose season on November 11, we will open our doors from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and serve a three-course St. Martin’s Day menu:
Chestnut soup
Four-country goose with apple red cabbage, Brussels sprouts with bacon, celery puree, cranberries, apple compote and hand-grated potato dumplings.
Affogato al caffè
Please note that we do not serve à la carte on this evening and the offer is valid “while stocks last”. It is therefore advisable to book in good time. We have an alternative main course for vegetarians.
